I'm Amparo Iglesias — a Data & AI Engineer with 9+ years building scalable data pipelines, ML models and cloud analytics for finance, government and enterprise systems. Today I work in Santander's Data & AI Office on retail sales analytics, while shipping AI systems with Python, n8n, LLM agents and RAG.

In 2026 I founded Neurohain, an AI consulting & implementation agency, to bring that same engineering discipline to small and mid-sized businesses — so a company stops depending on any single person to keep running. Uruguayan 🇺🇾, based in Düsseldorf 🇩🇪, multilingual, and a self-described tech girl who genuinely loves turning messy operations into clean, automated systems.
